Price Changes BT

Marlin GTX includes tools for updating product prices at different scales, depending on how many products need to be changed.

Single product prices are updated in Product Maintenance.

Multiple product prices can be updated together using the Price Change module.

Large pricing updates can also be completed using a spreadsheet export and import.

Individual Price Changes

Individual product prices can be edited using the Prices section of their Product Maintenance module (discussed previously in Sell Prices OB).

This method is best used for one-off changes to a single product.

Price Change Module

The Price Change module is used to update prices or costs across multiple products at the same time.

The module can be accessed by selecting Main > Products > Change Prices.

Products and fileds can be filtered using the options at the top of the module window.

Prices and costs can then be edited directly in the table.

Changes are only applied when Update is selected.

Modify All

The Modify All function applies the same formula to all visible products.

This is commonly used to apply percentage increases or decreases to prices.

Bulk Price Changes

Bulk price changes are used when many products need to be updated at once.

Products are exported to a spreadsheet, edited and then imported back into GTX.

All imported changes must be reviewed and confirmed before they are applied.
