The Marlin Mobile App enables proof of delivery (POD) information to be captured and recorded against finalised invoices, transfers and credit notes.
Captured details include receiver information, signature, photos, time and location data.

Submitted proof of delivery records are stored in Marlin GTX and are accessible from the related customer transaction for review and auditing purposes.
Delivery barcodes can also be printed on invoice documents to support fast transaction lookup during delivery.
Proof of delivery details can be taken for any finalised invoice, transfer or credit note.
Can select transfer type in app, but I had an error trying to print the transfer document, so could not check for barcode.
Printing POD Dockets
If POD functionality is enabled, a delivery barcode will be added to the delivery section of all Invoice documents.

Simply print (or send) the invoice document during finalisation and scan it when delivering the documents.

You do not need a barcode to take POD information, since you can also enter the invoice number.

The signature and any attachments will be recorded and are viewable in GTX.
Some systems will not accept delivery unless a photo is attached.
Viewing POD in GTX
Once submitted, proof of delivery information can be viewed in GTX's Customer Maintenance module (Main > Customers > Customer Maintenance).

To view POD submissions:
- Open the relevant customer
- Click on the Transactions tab
- Select the relevant transaction
- Click on the Show Details icon at the top of the list

In the details panel that opens on the right:
- Click on the > (right arrow) button at the top-right to reveal more tabs
- Click on the Proof of Delivery tab

To view signatures and photos:
- Click on the Attachments tab to the left
- Double-click an attachment to open it

A quick way to see if POD information exists for transactions is to check the number in the Attachments (paperclip) column.
If the Attachments column contains a number there will likely be POD information attached.
