Marlin GTX enables workshop staff to upload photos and files from the Mobile App and link them to Work Orders or Invoices.
Attachments can be uploaded directly to specific work orders, or uploaded as unallocated attachments and linked later in GTX.
Uploading Attachments
To access the Proof of Delivery module in the Marlin mobile app:
- Tap on the menu icon (three lines) at the top-right
- Then tap Proof of Delivery

The Attachments module will open.


To upload an attachment:
- Select an Attachment Type (top-left)
- Tap Select an Attachment to:
- Take a photo
- Select an image
- Select a document
- Enter a Description (if required)

Additional attachments can be uploaded by tapping on the plus icon
at the bottom-right.
Attachments can be cleared by tapping on the reset icon

To upload attachments, tap on:
- The cloud icon
to upload as an unallocated attachment - The clipboard icon
to attach to a work order:
- Enter the Work Order Number
- Tap Submit
Mobile Attachments use the same Attachment Types configured in GTX.
Unallocated Attachments
Unallocated attachments uploaded from the Marlin mobile app can be added to invoices and work orders as usual by clicking on the:
