- Receive and update job information from their workshop tablets, smartphones or other devices, and keep staff notified of their progress by updating job statuses
- Record their time and attendance, including real-time clock on and break tracking
- Conduct mobile stocktakes, enter counts and synchronise inventory updates
- Upload attachments, directly to work orders or unallocated files
- Search for products, scan barcodes or browse inventory to find parts on the go
- Take proof of delivery records, complete with customer signatures and photographic evidence
