Marlin Mobile App
Download the Marlin mobile app from the Google Play and Apple App stores.
The Marlin Mobile App enables users to manage employee attendance directly from the mobile app, with all activity updates synced with GTX in real time.
Mobile Time & Attendance in enables users to:
- Clock on or off with photo verification
- Start or end breaks using secure password prompts
- Record all attendance actions in a live activity log
- Capture photos automatically for each attendance action
- Sync all activity updates instantly to GTX
To open Time and Attendance:
- Tap on the menu button (three lines, top-right)
- Select Time & Attendance
Note
Time and attendance functionality must be enabled in the connected GTX system, in order for it to be available in the mobile app.
Clocking On and Off
To clock on or off:
- Tap the green Clock On or red Clock Off button at the bottom
- Enter your portal password if prompted
- A photo will be taken using each action
- The attendance activity record above will be updated
Starting and Ending Breaks
To start or end a break:
- Tap the orange Start Break or End Break button at the bottom
- Enter your portal password if prompted
- A photo will be taken for each action
- The attendance activity record above will be updated
