Marlin GTX enables electronic communication with suppliers, customers and branches using Megalink.
Megalink sends and receives transactions and messages directly into GTX

Using Megalink:
- Supplier invoices, credits and delivery dockets can be received automatically
- Purchase orders can be sent electronically to supported suppliers
- Invoices and other documents can be emailed to customers
- Two-way SMS contact with customers
- Data sharing between branches in multi-branch systems
Supplier Communications
Megalink supports electronic transactions with many suppliers, including:
- Burson
- Repco
- Bridgestone
- Continental
- Michelin
- Pirelli
- Yokahama

Supplier transactions are imported directly into the Purchases module for processing.
Burson EzyParts and Repco NavigatorPro can be integrated with Work Orders to send and receive order details

Email Delivery
Documents can be emailed to customers when finalising transactions such as:
- Work orders
- Invoices
- Credits

Hosted Email can be used to send emails through Megabus-managed servers without maintaining your own mail server

Megalink enables two-way SMS communication between staff and customers.

Megalink Status
The Megalink Control Panel shows communication status and errors.

You can open the control panel by double-clicking the Megalink status tab at the bottom of the GTX window.

If the tab is red, a communication issue is present.

Megalink email delivery is usually configured by Megabus during initial system set up.
To change Megalink configuration, please contact the Megabus Support Team.
