##What Financial Year is my payroll in?

Select Help > About Marlin HR from the Marlin HR menu.

In the 'Financial Year' field you will see the year (e.g. 2017).

Note

Marlin GTX and Marlin HR display the Start year rather than the End year (i.e. 2017 indicates the system is currently in the 2017-18 financial year).

How do I view information from Previous years?

In all screens that list pay runs for you to select, there is a check box beneath the pay runs list labelled 'Include Previous Year's Pay Runs'.

Ticking this check box will display all pay runs from all previous years in the list.

You can select these pay runs and click on the Generate button the same as you do for pay runs in the current financial year.
