How to change Store Address & Payroll Contact details
It is important to keep these details up to date as they will be printed on Pay Advices and Megabus may need to use the email address to contact you re important matters such as End of Tax Year.
Do not change the details in the top section as this will put your system into Read Only mode (no pay runs can be run) until Megabus issues a new digital certificate.
From the menu toolbar, select System > Options and then the Company Details tab.
Update the details in the bottom section only and then click on the Save icon at the top of screen.
How to change Business Name & ABN
We strongly recommend that you first contact Megabus if you need to change these details as a new digital certificate will need to be issued by Megabus and your HR system will be put into Read Only mode (i.e. you cannot make any changes or run a payrun) until the new certificate is issued. It is important that your changes are correct as they will be reflected on Pay Advices and Payment Summaries.
To make the changes select System > Options from the menu toolbar, and then the Company Details tab.
Click on the Change button in the top section to enable changes
Update the details as required.
Click on the Check ABN button to validate the ABN entered.
Click on the Submit button (The Check ABN button changes to a Submit button once the ABN is successfully validated).
The Submit button automatically sends a new digital certificate request to Megabus and puts your Marlin HR system into Read Only mode. The Status field on the login screen will say 'Read Only'.
Once Megabus has signed the license request, restart Marlin HR.
If there is a Retrieve Certificate button where the Login button normally is, click on it (if it then changes to an** Activate** button, click on that too).
The Status shown on the Login screen should now say Active.
Login to Marlin HR normally.
