Audit Logs

Marlin HR v2.0.9 introduces audit logging in all of the maintenance screens (Employee Maintenance, Departments, Regions, GL Accounts, GL Branches, Suppliers, Superannuation Funds, Payroll Liability Accounts, Earnings, Allowances, Deductions, Leave Types, Tax Scales, Notes Types, HR Development, Reference Documents, Users, Passwords).

These screens now have a new "Audit Log" tab that will show the Date, Time, User, Field, Old Value and New Value for all changes made.

Checking Changes

On any of the maintenance screens, click on the Audit Log tab to see a list of the changes made in that area.

Details will include the date and time of the change, the user that made the change, the information that was changed (including the old value and the new value).
