Marlin HR has high levels of functionality, ease of use and full scalability.

Marlin HR can be run standalone or interfaced with Marlin GTX for a total business system solution.

Customisable & Scalable

Marlin HR is preconfigured with Standard employee information fields but also offers
you the ability to add your own custom types.

Additionally, you can split your employees over multiple departments and regions if necessary for greater control and finer
granularity in larger organisations.

Of course, all earnings, leave and allowance types can be
setup to post to different General Ledger accounts for each department.

Payroll

Multiple payroll cycles can be maintained in Marlin HR simultaneously, including weekly,
fortnightly and up to 4 monthly pay cycles.

For each employee, default values can be entered for standard hours, overtime hours,
allowances and deductions that will automatically appear on each payrun, but can be removed or changed on a payrun if necessary.

Payslips

Payslips can be securely emailed to employees and only opened with the employee’s unique password.

Policies & Development

Keep up with legislative requirements by ensuring your staff are provided with the appropriate Occupational Health & Safety policies and Personal Development Training programs.

Maintain details on performance and salary appraisals, misconduct warnings, workers compensation, medical history and more.

Reports

All reports, pay advices, payruns and payment summaries can be previewed on the screen at any time and printed when necessary.

Many reports are available including ‘End of Year’ Payment Verification, PAYG Payment Summaries, Absentee, Superannuation, Payrun
Analysis, HR Development Tracking, Leave & Deductions, and more.

Compliance

The banking files produced by Marlin HR abide by the ABA format requirements for use with Australian banks.

The PAYG Payment Summaries comply with ATO format requirements for online submission to the ATO.

Megabus also maintains the tax scales on behalf of our customers.

Marlin HR is supported by the Megabus support team during business hours (AEST) and Marlin Inform, a comprehensive online training system and extensive answer bank (available 24x7).
