Modern Awards Compliance
HR-1383 – Modern Awards: Added Modern Awards compliance checking to Employee Maintenance and Payrun Initialisation.

Users can now select a Modern Award Classification for each employee in the General tab of Employee Maintenance.
This does not overwrite existing employee pay rates.

Instead, it displays a green tick or red cross icon on the Pay Run Initialisation screen to indicate whether the currently applied rate is at or above, or below, the applicable Award rate.

Report Emailing
HR-1193 – Reports: Added report emailing.
Reports can now be emailed directly from HR to the Payroll Contact by clicking on the email icon at the top of the report window.

When a store needs to send a report to a third party such as an accountant, the report can be sent to the Payroll Contact (configured in System > Options > Company Details), who can then forward it with the appropriate context.

HR does not prompt the user to enter an email address, preventing reports from being sent to an incorrect address.

HR-1409 – Adjustment Payruns: Corrected the Period From and Period To dates shown in pay advices and STP submissions for Adjustment Payruns.
HR-1418 – Authentication: Allowed HR to authenticate support and other users using Microsoft Entra External ID.
HR-1356 – Banking Details: Updated hint text for the Banking Details field.
HR-1371 – Earnings Types: Disallowed a loading factor of zero on an Earnings Type that applies the employee's base rate as the pay rate.
HR-1374 – Support: Changed the label from Log a Support Call to Log a Support Ticket.
HR-1359 – STP Reporting: Updated the Countries list for STP reporting to the ATO.
HR-1376 – STP Reporting: Derived the Income Stream Type from the employee rather than each Earnings Type for STP reporting.
HR-1906 – Time and Attendance: Completed Time and Attendance Interface to Payroll Phase 2.
Notable Fixes
HR-1379 – Employee Maintenance: Corrected saving behaviour for the Change of Selection field in the For Taxation Purposes section.
HR-1384 – Employee Maintenance: Prevented commas from being included in an email address in Employee Maintenance.
HR-1403 – Super: Corrected recognition of after-tax deductions to super as super contributions.
HR-1415 – STP Submissions: Ensured re-generated payrun STP submissions use the same Pay/Update Date as the original STP submission.
