Marlin GTX enables customers and salespeople to place online orders using trade portals.

Marlin Connect online trade portals enable customer contacts to log in and view:
- stock availability & supplier list prices
- customer pricing
- product costs
- order & invoice histories
As well as:
- perform account balance enquiries
edit contact details
- receive email copy invoices
- and place orders.
To add a Marlin Connect trade portal to your GTX system, please contact the Megabus Support Team.
Once enabled, trade portals require the following configuration:
- Trade Portal Products: Configure brands, web categories and publishing settings
- Trade Portal Salespeople: Set up salesperson portal access levels and passwords
- Trade Portal Customers: Register customers for portal access via self-registration or manual set up
Registered users can then use trade portals to search for products, view pricing and availability, and place orders, depending on their permissions.
Note
Once enabled, trade portals can also be customised with company branding.
