Trade Portals

Marlin GTX enables customers and salespeople to place online orders using trade portals.

Marlin Connect online trade portals enable customer contacts to log in and view:

• stock availability & supplier list prices
• customer pricing
• product costs
• order & invoice histories

As well as:

• perform account balance enquiries

edit contact details

• receive email copy invoices
• and place orders.

To add a Marlin Connect trade portal to your GTX system, please contact the Megabus Support Team.

Once enabled, trade portals require the following configuration:

• Trade Portal Products: Configure brands, web categories and publishing settings
• Trade Portal Salespeople: Set up salesperson portal access levels and passwords
• Trade Portal Customers: Register customers for portal access via self-registration or manual set up

Registered users can then use trade portals to search for products, view pricing and availability, and place orders, depending on their permissions.
