Marlin GTX enables stores to customise self check-in using the web portal.

They can:

- Edit check-in instructions
- Edit messages
- Set the after check-in options
- Review validation services
- And apply custom branding
To enable self check-in in your GTX system, please contact the Megabus Support Team.
For help using self-check, once it has been set up, see the Self Check-In help page.

Configuring Self Check-In
The settings control what customers see and what they must submit when checking in.

To open the settings:
- Click Settings in the menu on the left
- Click Self Check-In

Select All Branches or individual branches using the Applies to drop-down at the top:
- Settings for All branches apply at every branch except the branches that set their own
- Example: one store can require the street address while the other stores do not
- Apply to all branches applies the current settings to every branch
Each field can be set to Hidden, Read-only, Optional or Required:
- Click Revert to default next to a field to restore its default setting
Format on Mobile, Email and Postcode checks the entry looks like a valid mobile number, email address or postcode; it does not check the mobile number or email address exists.
Address search on Street address shows a drop-down of matching addresses as the customer types.

The Check-in questions section adds extra questions to the check-in page.

To add a question:

Click Apply to all branches under a question to apply it to every branch.
