The four reporting areas are Customers, Products, Suppliers and Salespeople.

Each reporting area can be viewed at a summary level or drilled down to expose more detailed results.

Customer Reporting Structure

The Customer reporting structure consists of Customer Departments, Sales Analysis Codes and individual Customers.

Customer Reporting Levels:

  • Customer Departments: Represent the total sales of all customers
  • Sales Analysis Codes: Define categories of customers within each department
  • Individual Customers: Provide detailed reporting for a single customer

Product Reporting Structure

The Product reporting structure consists of Product Departments, Product Supergroups, Product Groups and Individual Products.

Product Reporting Levels:

  • Product Departments: Highest-level summary of stock sales
  • Product Supergroups: Broad groupings such as manufacturer
  • Product Groups: Specific categories of stock
  • Individual Products: Detailed reporting for a single product

Supplier Reporting Structure

The Supplier reporting structure consists of Supplier Departments, Supplier Groups and individual Suppliers.

  • Supplier Departments: Summary of total supplier purchases
  • Supplier Groups: Categories of suppliers within a department
  • Individual Suppliers: Detailed reporting for a single supplier

The Salespeople reporting structure consists of Salesperson Departments and Individual Salespeople.
