Marlin GTX includes a Help menu that provides access to documentation, online support, supplier tools and licensing information.
The Marlin Help website can be opened by selecting Help > Marlin Help from the menu bar.

Marlin Help contains the most recent user guides and release notes and should be used as the first reference point when assistance or guidance is required.

Logging Support Tickets
If further assistance is required, support tickets can be logged by selecting Help > Log a Support Ticket, which opens the Marlin Client Portal.

Tickets submitted using the Help menu provide full visibility of the ticket status, and are prioritised over those received by phone or email.
If prompted for Client Portal login details that are not known, email support@megabus.com.au with the subject Cannot Log into Client Portal.

About GTX
The About GTX screen can be opened by selecting Help > About GTX.

The About GTX screen displays system version details, licence information and a QR code for linking to Marlin web services.
