Marlin Tyre and Mechanical Workshop Software's Repairy integration enables online bookings to be automatically reflected in Marlin's Business Planner.

Repairy is a service that manages online bookings, review requests, and service reminders.
When a booking is created in Repairy either from a customer's online booking, or manually, a corresponding booking will be automatically created in Marlin's planner.
Bookings added directly to Marlin will also be automatically added to Repairy, so that the availability for online bookings is kept up to date.
Changes made in Marlin to bookings will be reflected in Repairy, including:
- The booking's date/time
- The booking's customer or vehicle
- The customer's contact methods
When bookings are invoiced or cancelled in Marlin, their status will be updated in Repairy. If Repairy is set to send the customer a message by default when a booking is marked as Done, this will be triggered.
To enable Repairy integration in your Marlin system, please contact the Megabus Support Team.
Changes made to bookings in Repairy after they are first submitted will not be reflected in Marlin.
Repairy Planner
Once enabled, the Repairy Planner webpage can be viewed from within Marlin by selecting Daily Activity > Repairy from the menu bar.
This browser-supported feature is not currently available on MacOS or other operating systems.

For further assistance, please see the official Repairy Help Centre.

The Repairy Help Centre can also be accessed from within Marlin by selecting Help & Support at the bottom-left of the Repairy Planner window.

Repairy Bookings
Bookings made in Repairy will also be automatically added to Marlin's Business Planner and can also be added and edited as usual, with the changes reflected in Repairy.
The service type selected in Repairy is shown in the Service drop-down in the bottom-right of the Business Planner Booking window.

If a Service type has been selected in Reapiry:
- The highest priority service will be shown in the Service drop-down
- Additional services will be listed in the Notes field above
If sending bookings to Repairy from Marlin:
- Select the primary service using the Service drop-down
- Any additional services listed in the Notes section will not be carried over to Repairy
