Contact Titles

Marlin Tyre and Mechanical Workshop Software enables various titles to be added and associated with contacts.

To view and edit contact titles, select System > Contacts > Titles from the menu bar.

The Titles module will open on the Search window, showing a list of active contact titles.

Adding Contact Titles

System > Contacts > Titles

To add a new contact title, click on the Add action button to the top right of the Titles Search list.

The Title window will open on the Details tab, containing a form for adding a new title.

In the Title textbox, enter the new title as it will appear within the Marlin system.

A gender can be assosciated with the title using the Gender drop-down menu, if desired, but it is not necessary.

Leave the Active checkbox ticked to enable the new title within the Marlin system.

To save the new title and return to the Search list, click on the Save action button to the top right of the module window.
