Savings Account

If an employee requests that you deposit part of his net pay into a different account to the one that his net pay goes into, open the employee in Employee Maintenance and go to the Pay Details tab.

In the Savings Payment Details box, enter the amount and the account details fields will become accessible.

Enter the account details then click on the Save icon.

Note

The Savings Amount and Account details will be included in the Banking file and will also be displayed on:

  • The employee's Pay Advice
  • Pay Disbursement Report
  • Employee Enquiry

However, as the savings amount is simply a pay disbursement instruction for the employee's net pay, it will not appear on the Pay Analysis Report.
