Feature Highlights

Streamlined Financial Year Reports

HR-1250 - Reports: Added a filter to enable faster selection of all payruns and pay advices in previous year reports.

The process for generating a full year report for previous financial years has been streamlined, via the addition a Filter by Financial Year pick list that enables you to select the year(s) to include reports.

Previously, you needed to tick the Show Previous Years checkbox and then manually tick every payrun processed to generate a full year report for a previous financial year.

Now, only the payruns from the selected year(s) will be displayed, and can be quickly selected by clicking on the All button, or manually select specific payruns.

SuperStream Superannuation Updates

HR-1274 - Pay Runs / Employee Maintenance: SuperStream payment files now always apply employees' current superannuation details.

SuperStream payment files now apply the super fund details currently set in Employee Maintenance, instead of those from when each payrun was processed.

If an employer doesn't have the super fund details for a new employee, they will often select something temporary like "Funded Super" as the Super Fund and "TBA" as the Member Number, and used to have to process adjustment pay runs to transfer the outstanding super amounts from the temporary fund to the correct one, before creating a SuperStream payment file.

Now, you just need to enter the correct details are in Employee Maintenance before creating the SuperStream payment file, which will use those details, regardless of what was previously entered.

Other Enhancements

HR-1263 - Employee Maintenance: Added text hint for TFN Number field.
HR-1244 - End of Year: EOY process now ignores leave entitlement records for employees with no entry.
HR-1247 - Pay Runs: Removed Salary Sacrifice Payroll Liability option, to prevent incorrect setup of superannuation deductions.
HR-1261 - Pay Runs: Added a check to ensure casual employees under 18, who have worked at least 30 hours a week, are paid superannuation.
HR-1242 - System: Enable Megabus Support to log in as "User 99" and reflect this in audit logs.
HR-1243 - System: Implemented support prompt launcher separate to the Navigator for Marlin HR.
HR-1257 - System: Updated display setting to resolve a screen scaling issue.

Notable Fixes

HR-1262 - GTX Integration: Fixed issue with how GL Rec Report displays balances from GTX, if the GTX EOY process has already been completed.
HR-1254 - Marlin Integration: Fixed issue with branch codes not being transferred correctly to Marlin Tyre and Mechanical Workshop Software.
HR-1251 - Pay Runs: Fixed issue with pay runs not adding Leave ADJ line to journals after a pay rate change, if it is the first pay run of the year.
HR-1259 - Pay Runs: Fixed issue with how payrun journals handle leave on termination pay runs.
HR-1266 - Reports / Pay Runs: Fixed issue with how super fund details are applied in Super Reports and SuperStream files.
