Phase 2 Time & Attendance Feature
This Phase 2 Time & Attendance Feature is only available in GTX 5.8.1 or later.
Marlin GTX's Time & Attendance functionality can be linked with Marlin HR to enable integrated attendance record sharing.
To use this feature:
- A profile for each employee must be set up in both GTX and HR systems
- The profiles need to be linked to each other using the GTX Staff Maintenance module
To connect your GTX and HR systems, please contact the Megabus Support Team.
Once connected, an Employee ID column will be added to the GTX Staff Maintenance list, showing the HR staff ID numbers for linked staff:
- The ID column on the left refers to the staff member's GTX ID number
- The Employee ID column on the right refers to their HR ID number
Linking Staff Members
To Link a Staff Member to an Employee in HR:
- Open Staff Maintenance
(Main > Staff > Manage Staff) - Open staff member in Edit mode
- In the Staff Details tab:
- Click on the magnifying glass icon to the right of the Employee field
- This will open a list of employees in the linked HR system
- Select the correct employee to establish the link
- Click Save
HR Attendance Records
Once finalised, linked employees' attendance records will be available to view in the Pay Advice window of the HR Payrun module.
