Declined Services
GTX-31373 – Invoice Entry: Enhanced job attributes to support declined services and upsell situations.
Recommended services that have been declined by customers can now be tracked and followed-up on without removing them from the Work Order.
Declined lines remain visible on orders so staff can see what was recommended and why it was not carried out, with follow-ups automatically created to prompt future contact with the customer.
Previously declined services can be imported into new orders, so that the recommendation can be actioned later without re-entering the details, or marked as Lost if the work has been carried out elsewhere.
