In addition to the pay runs from the current year, those from all previous years will also be listed. This feature is available on most reports, including Pay Analysis, Pay Advices, Superannuation Report etc. To generate a report on a specific range of pay runs, arrow down to highlight the most recent one, then hold down the Shift key and use the down arrow to scroll down until the oldest one is highlighted.
