# Payment Summaries
Payment Summaries were created by the EOY close-off process for tax years up to and including 2019-20 (when they were replaced by STP reporting).
To view or re-print any payment summaries, select Periodic from the menu and then Previous Payment Summaries.
You can then select the Payment Summaries file from the list and use the View File button to view (and print) the summaries in that file, or the Email File button to email the file to the payroll officer's email address.
If you created any Payment Summaries during the tax year for terminated employees, they will appear in the list as separate files to the one created by the EOY close-off process.
Use the **File Date** column to quickly find the required Payment Summary.
If you can't remember when the employee was terminated, open Employee Maintenance and tick the check box labeled 'Show any previously terminated Employees'.
Then open the employee and the termination date will be displayed in bold red at the top of screen.
