## Enhancements

**HR-1278 - About Screen:** Added current Email Method setting in About Marlin HR window.
**HR-1283 - Earnings:** Added separate checkbox to declare whether a loading component is Ordinary Time Earnings.
**HR-1332 - Earnings:** Added checkbox to declare whether a loading component is Ordinary Time Earnings.
**HR-1107 - Employee Maintenance:** The Save function now unticks Saturday and Sunday as days worked if they have zero hours.
**HR-1281 - EOY STP:** Prevented multiple EOY STP submissions from being created if EOY process fails to finalise.
**HR-1298 - Help:** Redirected Help icons to the new Marlin Inform website.
**HR-987 - Interface:** Added Time and Attendance interface to Payroll HR.
**HR-1334 - Leave Management:** Enabled access to leave functions for terminated employees for adjustments and corrections.
**HR-1279 - Leave Payments:** Enforced payment of loading on payout of unused Annual Leave With Loading upon termination.
**HR-1294 - Leave Payments:** Automatically includes leave loading on payouts of unused Annual Leave With Loading upon termination.
**HR-1323 - Options Maintenance:** Enabled ABN lookup to display Individual/Sole Trader when appropriate.
**HR-1255 - Pay Advice:** Now uses employee's current Delivery Method when re-sending pay advices from previous years.
**HR-1291 - Pay Advice:** Employee's current Delivery Method is now used when re-sending pay advices from previous years.
**HR-1330 - Pay Runs:** Added periodic award review and timesheet sign-off reminders for pay runs.
**HR-1276 - Reports:** Liability Accruals Report excludes liability accounts with $0.00 Total or employees with $0.00 posted to the account.
**HR-1249 - System:** Clarified Megabus-provided allowance type names.
**HR-1300 - System:** Restricted access to company details to prevent mis-reporting to the ATO.
**HR-1141 - System:** Recorded and displayed refresh dates for GL Accounts, Suppliers and Megabus-provided Allowances.
**HR-1287 - System:** Displayed latest refresh date for GL Accounts, Suppliers and Megabus-provided Allowances.
**HR-1301 - Terminations:** Deceased Date can now be changed if termination pay run has not yet been performed.
**HR-1326 - UI:** Updated logos and icons in Marlin HR.


## Notable Fixes

**HR-1331 - Journals:** Adjusted time/date formatting in pay run journal to support Marlin Workshop import.
**HR-1231 - Leave Report:** Fixed issue where report incorrectly showed A/L loading was paid on leave payout upon termination.
**HR-1288 - Leave Report:** Fixed incorrect display of leave loading symbol on unused leave payout.
**HR-1267 - Lump Sum E:** Fixed missing FY in STP submission for allowances from Recurring Allowance in Employee Maintenance.
**HR-1289 - Lump Sum E:** Ensured a financial year must be selected.
**HR-1296 - Pay Advice:** Fixed issue where YTD figures were not fully picked up on Termination Pay Run for deceased employees.
**HR-1310 - Pay Advice:** Fixed Termination Pay Run for deceased employees not picking up all YTD figures.
**HR-1233 - STP Submission:** Fixed rejection of deceased employees in EOFY STP submission if no Termination Pay was processed.
**HR-1304 - Superannuation:** Fixed issue where adjustments were not reflected in 'This Pay' for casual underage employees working under 30 hours.
**HR-1311 - Superannuation:** Displayed super adjustments for casual under 18yo in the 'This Pay' column.
**HR-1314 - Terminations:** Ensured Deceased termination type is stored correctly.
**HR-1329 - Terminations:** Fixed issue where unused leave payout was dropped if an OTE payment was added that accrues leave.
**HR-1309 - UI:** Optimised screen scaling settings across modules.
