# EOFY Quick Ref
**Marlin HR** end of financial year (EOFY) tasks are conveniently summarised in the printable quick reference guides below.
Megabus recommends printing the checklists and commencing preparation at the start June, allowing sufficient time to complete them and resolve any issues well before you need to process the EOFY close-off itself by June 30.

### EOFY GL Reconciliation Guides
The EOFY GL reconciliation process are slightly different for **Version 2** and **Version 5** of Marlin HR.
The version you are using is shown in the **bottom-left corner** of the Marlin HR window.
Check which version you are using and download the appropriate checklist below.
