# Price Changes BT

****Marlin GTX**** includes tools for updating product prices at different scales, depending on how many products need to be changed.

**Single product prices** are updated in [Product Maintenance](/gtx/docs/price-changes-3#individual-price-changes).

**Multiple product prices** can be updated together using the [Price Change module](/gtx/docs/price-changes-3#price-change-module).

**Large pricing updates** can also be completed using a [spreadsheet export and import](/gtx/docs/price-changes-3#bulk-price-changes).

## Individual Price Changes

Individual product prices can be edited using the **Prices** section of their Product Maintenance module (discussed previously in [Sell Prices OB](/gtx/docs/sell-prices-ob)).

This method is best used for one-off changes to a single product.

## Price Change Module

The **Price Change** module is used to update prices or costs across multiple products at the same time.

The module can be accessed by selecting **Main > Products > Change Prices**.

Products and fileds can be filtered using the options at the top of the module window.

Prices and costs can then be **edited directly** in the table.

Changes are only applied when **Update** is selected.

### Modify All

The **Modify All** function applies the same formula to all visible products.

This is commonly used to apply **percentage increases** or **decreases** to prices.

## Bulk Price Changes

**Bulk price changes** are used when many products need to be updated at once.

Products are **exported to a spreadsheet**, edited and then imported back into GTX.

All imported changes must be r**eviewed and confirmed** before they are applied.
