# Marlin Mobile App

{{variable.GTX Bold}} is supported by the Marlin mobile app, enabling seamless communication between workshop technicians, customers and front-counter staff.

Follow these steps to [connect the Marlin mobile app to your GTX](/gtx/docs/mobile-set-up) system.

Once connected, the **Marlin mobile app** enables technicians to:
* [Receive and update job information](https://help.megabus.com.au/gtx/docs/mobile-tasks) from their workshop tablets, smartphones or other devices, and keep staff notified of their progress by updating job statuses
* [Record their time and attendance](https://help.megabus.com.au/gtx/docs/mobile-time-and-attendance), including real-time clock on and break tracking
* [Conduct mobile stocktakes](https://help.megabus.com.au/gtx/docs/mobile-stocktakes), enter counts and synchronise inventory updates
* [Upload attachments](https://help.megabus.com.au/gtx/docs/mobile-attachments), directly to work orders or unallocated files
* [Search for products](/gtx/docs/mobile-product-search-1), scan barcodes or browse inventory to find parts on the go
* [Take proof of delivery records](https://help.megabus.com.au/gtx/docs/pod), complete with customer signatures and photographic evidence
