# Gross Profit Margins

{{variable.GTX Bold}} enables you to set minimum and maximum amounts for gross profit warnings.

## Set Minimum and Maximum Amounts for Gross Profit Warnings

Select System > Options from the menu toolbar, then select the Defaults tab.

Enter the required figures into the 'Warn When Gross Profit Below' and 'Warn When Gross Profit Above' fields, then click on the Save icon.
