    Marlin GTX's Attendance Activity Report enable managers to analyse and generate reports for staff attendance.

    Attendance Activity Reports show a breakdown of scheduled hours, worked hours, breaks and paid hours for all or selected staff members, based on their attendance entry records.

    Attendance Activity Reports are useful for:

    • HR input,
    • Emailing weekly reports to HR for payruns,
    • Printing or saving reports in CSV or Excel format.
    Note

    Users require the Attendance Activity Report permission to be enabled in order to run Attendance Activity Reports.

    Tip

    Attendance Entry Reports for individual staff members can be viewed in the Summary tab of the Attendance Maintenance Module.

    Running Attendance Entry Reports

    The Attendance Activity Report can be accessed by selecting Main > Staff > Attendance Activity Report from the menu bar.

    The Criteria pop-up will open and can be used to include or exclude specific staff members from the report by clicking on the appropriate checkboxes in the section at the top.

    Tip

    All staff members can be quickly selected by clicking on the Select All button to the top-left of the staff list.

    A date range for the report can also be specified using the From Date and To Date pickers below.

    To generate the Attendance Activity Report, click on the Generate button at the bottom-right.

    Generated reports can be saved, printed and emailed as usual, by clicking on the relevant buttons at the top of the module window.

    To generate a new Attendance Activity Report, click on the Generate New Report at the top of the module window.

    Warning

    If no schedules have been added and associated with staff, the Within Schedule Hours and Outside Schedule Hours columns will be empty.
